What to include and what to emphasise in your 120 words

Often Headteachers read application forms outside working hours. We know, we have spent many hours in the evening or at weekend ourselves, going through forms. Hence the 24/7 approach of Teacher Profiles.

Heads often scan applications looking for one or two key words or something that makes the person stand out.
